HOW TO APPLY<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Download a form\u00a0\u00a0Click here to download forms<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Pay for the processing of your application (\u201cPAY PROCESSING FEE\u201d).<\/em><\/strong> You will receive an SMS on the Mobile Phone number you entered at the Personal Details section\u00a0\u00a0Click here to pay<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Write the Paid Voucher Code on your Manual Form.<\/li>\n
  4. Submit the completed Manual Form to the PAC for further processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
