As part of activities earmarked towards the commemoration of the 55th<\/sup> Anniversary\u00a0 of The African Union (AU) Day and the 70th<\/sup> Anniversary of The International Day of the United Nations (UN), a Joint Health Walk was organised on\u00a0 Saturday, 19th<\/sup> May, 2018<\/strong>, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in collaboration with other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Participants of the Health Walk included, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, officers and personnel of the various\u00a0 security agencies in Ghana. The theme for this year’s AU Day celebration is \u201cWINNING THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION: A SUSTAINABLE PATH TO AFRICA’S TRANSFORMATION\u201d,\u00a0 <\/strong>whiles that of the UN Day celebration is \u201cUN PEACEKEEPERS: 70 YEARS\u00a0 OF SERVICE & SACRIFICE\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
