Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey and her Rwandan counterpart, Hon. Vincent Biruta signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the establishment of a Permanent Joint Commission for Cooperation (PJCC), in areas of mutual interest, in the margins of the 42<sup>nd <\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0Session of the Executive Council of the African Union.<\/p>\n<p>The signing of the MoU will strengthen the already existing good relations between Ghana and Rwanda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ghana and Rwanda renewed their commitment to enhance cooperation for the mutual benefit of their citizens on Tuesday, 15th February, 2023.
