The President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, His Excellency Julius Maada Bio has arrived in Accra to participate in the High-Level Consultative Conference on Regional Cooperation and Security. He was met on arrival by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable James Gyakye Quayson (MP) together with other senior Government officials and staff from the High Commission of Sierra Leone in Ghana.
