MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS HOLDS MEETING WITH AMBASSADOR OF SAUDI ARABIA

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP) held discussions with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Excellency Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Dhakel  on the upcoming visit of the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Eng. Waleed Bin Abdul-Karim Al-Khereiji who will be leading the Saudi side during Political Consultations between the two sides. Deliberations are expected to be focused on cooperation in the energy sector (oil and gas), air transport, education, cooperation with King Salman Institute, among others.

The Ambassador expressed gratitude to Ghana for its support at multilateral organisations including the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).

To boost cooperation between the private sectors of the two sides, the Vice Minister would be accompanied by a Business Delegation from the Kingdom for a B2B with their Ghanaian counterparts.
