HOW TO APPLY
- Download a form Click here to download forms
- Pay for the processing of your application (“PAY PROCESSING FEE”). You will receive an SMS on the Mobile Phone number you entered at the Personal Details section Click here to pay
- Write the Paid Voucher Code on your Manual Form.
- Submit the completed Manual Form to the PAC for further processing.
