The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica, Senator the Honourable Kamina Johnson Smith, JP arrived in Ghana on 23rd May, 2026. She was received on arrival by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable James Gyakye Quayson (MP).
The visit is aimed at enhancing the existing bilateral ties between Ghana and Jamaica.
Also present were the High Commissioner of Jamaica to Ghana with residence in Abuja, the Honorary Consul of Jamaica to Ghana and officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
