The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP) welcomed the Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Dhakel to the Ministry on Tuesday, 25th March, 2025.
During the meeting, the Ambassador emphasized on the positive ties between Ghana and Saudi Arabia and the importance of leveraging friendships for growth. The deliberations covered issues of Hajj quota, scholarships, trade and digitalization.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Samuel Okodzeto Ablakwa (MP) conveyed the Government of Ghana’s appreciation to the Saudi Government for collaboration especially in areas such as education, construction, trade and humanitarian support for the Inner City Communities and the victims of the floods in the Volta Region.
The meeting ended with the Minister and the Ambassador committing to continue to deepen relations between the two countries.
