The First Lady of the United States of America, Mrs. Melania Trump, arrived in Ghana for a two-day official visit on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
Mrs. Trump was met at the Kotoka International Airport by Ghana’s First Lady Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo and the Minster for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey and other government officials.
Mrs. Trump whiles in Ghana will visit the Children’s Unit of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital and the Cape Coast Castle. She will collaborate with Ghana’s First Lady and other health institutions on matters relating to the welfare of children.
Mrs. Trump’s African tour will also take her to Malawi, Kenya and Egypt.
