DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER RECEIVES OPEN LETTERS OF AMBASSADOR-DESIGNATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA TO GHANA

The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable James Gyakye Quayson (MP), received the Open Letters of the Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Mr. Armen Sargsyan, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Accra.

During their discussions, the Deputy Minister reiterated Ghana’s interest in expanding cooperation with Armenia in ICT, agriculture, education and innovation, and proposed the establishment of structured political consultation mechanisms to strengthen engagement.

 H.E. Mr. Armen Sargsyan also expressed satisfaction with the cordial relations between the two countries and indicated Armenia’s readiness to explore new areas of cooperation, particularly in information communication technology (ICT) and capacity building.
