DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER RECEIVES OPEN LETTERS OF AMBASSADOR-DESIGNATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF PANAMA TO GHANA

The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Honourable James Gyakye Quayson (MP), received the Open Letters of the Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Panama to the Republic of Ghana, Her Excellency Isbeth Lisbeth Quiel Murcia, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Accra.

While exchanging views with H.E. Isbeth Lisbeth Quiel Murcia, the Deputy Minister highlighted the strong potential for cooperation in maritime affairs, logistics, trade, tourism and education, and commended Panama’s support for Ghana within multilateral fora. 

The Ambassador-Designate commended Ghana’s political stability and democratic credentials and expressed Panama’s readiness to deepen bilateral relations and explore new areas of cooperation.
