Four Envoys present their Letters of Credence to President Akufo-Addo

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo received Letters of Credence of four new envoys accredited to Ghana on Tuesday, 19th March 2019 at the Jubilee House in Accra. The envoys were;

 

His Excellency Mr. Meshal Hamdan Al-Rogi      – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

His Excellency Mr. Jean Claude Galea Mallia    – Republic of Malta

His Excellency Mr. Vesselin Blagoev Delchev   – Republic of Bulgaria

His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Mpfayokurera     – Republic of Burundi

 

 

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo congratulated the envoys and assured them of Ghana’s continuous commitment to enhancing relations with their respective countries.  He also assured them of the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in the discharge of their duties and wish them a successful tour of duty.

 

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

His Excellency Mr. Meshal Hamda Al-Rogi informed that his country appreciates its relations  with Ghana and assured that he would work to further enhance the relations for the mutual benefit of the two countries.

 

Republic of Malta

For his part, His Excellency Mr. Jean Claude Galea Mallia, acknowledged the strong bilateral relations between Ghana and Malta, and added that the President of Malta Her Excellency, Ms. Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca was keenly expecting the state visit of President Akufo-Addo to Malta.

 

Republic of Bulgaria

His Excellency Mr. Vesselin Blagoev Delchev, expressed his country’s readiness to further strengthen bilateral relations with Ghana for the mutual benefit of the two countries. He also assured that he would work to boost trade and investment between the two countries.

 

Republic of Burundi

His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Mpfayokurera for his part, recalled the good relations between Burundi and Ghana and added that his country would want to further strengthen relations  with Ghana and other countries in West Africa.
